TaskLoco
Sticky notes are great. Until the window is open.
A sticky-note to-do list and task manager: tasks, to-dos and calendar on one visual wall, with real alarms, tags, web clipping and sharing across web, iPhone, Android and Chrome.
Tell it as one afternoon. A freelance designer's wall of paper notes blows away and the "Call Sam 3 PM!" note slides behind the desk. She moves her notes into TaskLoco, and the same call comes back as an alarm that actually rings, five minutes early.

TaskLoco's own site is busy, with many colours and a long feature list. The video had to pick the few things that matter to a sticky-note person and make each one land in seconds, without a voiceover.
Visual thinkers who already cover their desk in Post-its, like freelancers, students, creators and small teams, who find heavier project tools too much and just want to see everything on one wall.
Scene by scene.
▶ 0:00The hookA sunny desk and a wall of paper sticky notes. The window's open, the curtains billow and the notes start falling, one by one.
▶ 0:06The miss3:14 PM. Notes all over the desk, a missed call from the client on the phone, and "Call Sam 3 PM!" lying right next to it.
▶ 0:12The revealThe TaskLoco roundel spins in and the fallen paper notes fly up and flip into app stickies.
▶ 0:18Note, task, eventOne sticky, typed, ticked and given a reminder, word for word from the site: it's a note, it's a task, it's an event.
▶ 0:26The storyboardThe real board with its menu. One sticky turns red for urgent, then a #client filter clears the board in one go.
▶ 0:34Clip the webThe Chrome extension popup saves a video as a sticky, with the video embedded, in a single click.
▶ 0:42The alarm2:55 PM. The phone rings with the app's own alarm screen, and Maya calls Sam five minutes early.
▶ 0:48ShareA sticky shared with a teammate in one tap. It lands on their board as their own copy.
▶ 0:54Try it freePaper notes drift down like confetti behind the logo, the site's headline and the Try it free button.
How it was made.
- 01
Maya, her desk and the falling notes are drawn and animated in code, so the story could feel warm without stock footage.
- 02
The storyboard, the Chrome extension popup and the phone alarm are rebuilt from the app's real screenshots, and every feature line is the site's own copy.
- 03
A cleaner brand system than the site itself: cream paper, sticky yellow, plum and green, with Fredoka and Nunito taken from taskloco.com.
- 04
Cut to a bright 120 BPM score so every scene change lands on a bar, with paper rustles, ticks and an alarm ring under the music. No voiceover.
2 hours from request to final cut.
The client was stunned by the result, and more so that it was made entirely by AI.
