Refunds

We want you to be happy with your video. Here's how refunds work.

Full refund

• If you cancel before we've started work (before we reply with questions or a direction).
• If we can't take the order, for example because the product can't be shown or the queue is full.
• If we miss the delivery window and you'd rather not wait.

After work has started

Once we've started, we fix problems with revisions instead of refunds: that's what the revision rounds are for. If the first cut clearly doesn't match the package or your brief, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll either remake it or refund up to 50% of the order.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your payment ID. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5–10 working days.
